Service Requests Are Not Contracts
Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation — it does not create a binding agreement for work. Services begin only after a written work authorization is signed. Response times described on this site are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, catastrophe volume, and site access.
Estimates, Pricing & Payment
Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage found during work may change scope and price; we will document changes before proceeding. Payment is due per the terms of your signed authorization. You remain responsible for amounts your insurer does not cover, including deductibles.
Insurance Claims
We document damage and communicate with your carrier at your direction. We are not an insurance company, adjuster, or public adjuster, and we cannot guarantee coverage, approval, or payment amounts. All coverage decisions belong to your insurer.
Property Access & Safety
You confirm you are authorized to approve work at the property and will provide safe access, utilities, and disclosure of known hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, or structural issues.
Content & Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Site content is informational and is not a substitute for a professional on-site assessment or medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kentucky law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit obligations set out in a signed service agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
